Removal requests and legal process

Intimate images shared without consent

If an intimate image or video of you has been shared on any Encore page without your consent, email [email protected] with the subject line "Removal request". Include:

A valid request is acted on within 48 hours, and any identical copies known to us are removed with it. Nothing you send is used for any other purpose. Encore pages do not carry user-uploaded images beyond a performer's own profile photo, and the messaging surfaces are text only, so most requests will find nothing to remove; the process exists regardless.

Legal process

Requests from a court or a government entity go to the same address with the subject line "Legal process". A preservation request under 18 U.S.C. 2703(f) is honoured for the period the statute sets, and deletion for the named account is suspended while it stands. Contents of a conversation are produced on a warrant. Encore holds no IP addresses, device identifiers or location data for any user, and messages delete themselves on a schedule the performer sets, so what exists to produce is limited to what has not yet expired.

Reports of child sexual abuse material or of the enticement or trafficking of a minor are made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's CyberTipline as the law requires, and the material is preserved for the period the law requires.

Something else

Every messaging surface has a Report button that closes the conversation for both people and keeps it for review. That is the fastest route for harassment or a link that reached the wrong person. For anything the button does not cover, the address above works.
